Tactical Pistol Survival Course

This course employs discussions, demonstrations, live shooting, and medium to complex drills. This is a tactical course, most of the shooting experience will not take place from the shooting line but as part of a tactical learning method or drill that will require a high level of safety and self-discipline. 

Advancing on Target, Use of Cover and Position, Reload Under Fire Student will participate the entire day training together in solo advancing drills from the street under an aggressive scenario, through locked doors, down a crowded hall with innocent spectators and onto the live fire range – solo with a shooting coach on your shoulder advancing with you to multiple targets, changing position and reloading, advancing again on multiple targets. After the last firing drill a one-on-one evaluation of your progress.  

Learn advancing on a shooter, trigger control, rapid fire, clearing jams.

**Must have prior training and show proficiency and safe manipulation of the firearm and Capable of engaging in physical activity.

Equipment List:

• Appropriate training attire  (no tank tops, v necks, loose fitting clothes, sandals) 

• Eye & ear protection 

• Pistol + 3 magazines 

• Holster suitable for a rapid draw 

• Magazine pouch for two magazines 

• 300 pistol rounds 

• Light Snacks and Lunch 

• Sun Protection 

• mosquito repellent Spray

• Protective Mask for the indoor Class

This course will include a combination of Pistol and Rifle Techniques.  Tactical drills will combine use of both including under pressure reload, switch and cover situations.  Students will learn to shoot under pressure and still be accurate and safe.

Student will participate the entire day training together in solo advancing drills from the street

under an aggressive scenario, through locked doors, down a crowded hall with innocent

spectators and onto the live fire range – solo with a shooting coach on your shoulder advancing

with you to multiple targets, changing position and reloading, advancing again on multiple

targets. After the last firing drill a one-on-one evaluation of your progress.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Successfully complete all practical and tactical exercises.
